HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?
Add the desired items to your cart and proceed to checkout. There will be a field to enter a discount code. Input the code that shows on your gift card. The discount will then be applied to your order. Please note that the full amount of the gift card must be used in a single transaction. There cannot be any balance leftover.

 

WHAT CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD ON?
A gift card can only be used online at www.hellosushistore.com. Gift cards are valid on all eligible products (see details about excluded items below). They are not valid in person at any craft shows, on any other website, or at any store carrying Hello Sushi products.

 

CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD WITH ANOTHER DISCOUNT CODE OR USE MULTIPLE GIFT CARDS?
Gift cards cannot be combined with any other offer. You may use either a gift card or an active discount code, not both. Only one gift card can be used at a time. If you have two gift cards, you must make two separate transactions.

 

ARE THERE ANY PRODUCTS EXCLUDED FROM GIFT CARD PURCHASES?
Yes, there are products that are excluded from all gift card and discount code purchases. See below for the current list of excluded items. This list will always be up to date. Check back to see if there have been any changes.

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT MY GIFT CARD BALANCE IS?
All gift cards have the amount printed on the actual card. That amount represents the balance on the gift card, unless it has already been used.

 

WILL MY GIFT CARD EXPIRE?
No, gift cards have do not have an expiration date. You are welcome to use your gift card at any time now or in the future.
